Virginia allows free fishing June 6 through June 8 with no license required for recreational saltwater rod and reel fishing. Regulations remain in effect. Girl assaulted in mall bathroom at Dulles Town Center
STERLING VA AP Police say a 16 year old girl was assaulted in a bathroom stall at Dulles Town Center mall. A man reached under the stall door and grabbed her before fleeing. A second similar incident occurred May 14 involving a 62 year old woman.
