Mrs. Shron Clark Bailey of Charleston and former Princeton resident, wife of Lane Bailey aide to Gov. Jay Rockefeller, recovers from a Monday automobile crash. A Bluefield High School art room theft case against Sam Murphy a 28 year old Princeton area teacher was postponed to allow defense attorney James Sprouse to file a memorandum of law. Mercer County Magistrate David Pedneau set a two week deadline for the memorandum with the state to reply in one week. Six state witnesses testified at a two hour preliminary hearing with no defense evidence offered.
