Brothers charged in homicide death of Tazewell County man
Justin Micheal Hackler and Joshua Mitchell Hackler are charged with second degree murder. Investigators say the body believed to be David Allen Hayes was found July 10 in Bland County. Deputies say Hayes was last seen five days earlier after his father Chester Hayes reported him missing. Authorities seek their mother on conspiracy to commit second degree murder charges.

Bluefield and Mercer County honor late Paul Cole Jr
