The City of Bluefield will appeal a Mercer County Circuit Court decision ordering restitution to property owners for a 96 dollar annual special service fee since July 2015. Judge Mark Wills found the city’s code clearly ties the fee to each property owner, not per parcel, prompting the appeal.

Mercer County approves sewer rate hike for Green Valley Glenwood PSD
