Giant New FM Station to Reach 100 Miles From Bluefield
The WHIS FM project expands reception to a 100 mile radius with a temporary 125 foot cliff edge antenna and a permanent tower on the cliff top. Programs will run 9 am to 9 pm next week originating from Commerce street studio with five new staff. FM offers clear reception, no static, and selective tuning, expanding from local broadcasts to national programming.
