Elks Leader from Princeton Heads WV District
M Wayne Belcher of Princeton Elks Lodge No 1459 has been installed as the South District leader of the West Virginia State Elks Association during the Grand Lodge Convention in Dallas. He will advise lodges on internal matters and coordinate Elks activities while the order reports over 203.7 million dollars in charitable contributions last year.
