San Francisco July 6 An extensive addition to naval yards and dry dock facilities follows the arrival of the battle ship fleet. Secretary Metcalf says a new dry dock at Bremerton and repairs on the coast will need congressional action this fall. Mare Island dock is accessible to deep draft battleships. Hunters Point plans were not currently government plans. The mammoth dock will be large enough for two battleships simultaneously.
Concord New Hampshire July 6 two noted alienists were named to aid Judge Edgar Aldrich in assessing Mrs Mary Baker G Eddy head of the Christian Science church in a suit over her property. Dr George S Jolly of Boston and Dr G Allen Bloomer of Providence were added to the commission for medical and legal views.
