Supreme Court rules against husbands and parents veto on abortions

The Supreme Court ruled 6 to 3 that neither a husband nor a parent may veto a woman's decision to terminate a pregnancy. The Missouri law's husband and parental consent provisions were struck down, with narrow allowances suggested for possible future parental consent at certain ages. Auto tag renewal rollout stalls amid missing decals

County sheriffs began issuing auto license renewal tags but had nothing to hand out as decals were not yet received.
