Pamela Kaufman daughter of Dr and Mrs Jack Kaufman was named West Virginia Junior Miss for 1977 after a two day Concord College program sponsored by the Princeton Jaycees and Jayceeettes. Runners up included Mary Beth Quinn Pam Meadows Dru Ann Ashton Jane Ann Ford and Cindi Weaver. Preliminary awards went to Kaufman Meadows Ashton and Ford.
