Federal Court Case Postponed In West Virginia Court
In the U S district court for the southern district of West Virginia only one case arose yesterday. Bill Herman Lucas of Princeton faced charges of interstate theft and requested more time to summon witnesses after a newspaper misstatement set the trial for January 31. The trial was continued to today. Ralph Keffer, also of Princeton, pleaded guilty last week but sentence was deferred until Lucas is disposed of. Court will convene at 10 o clock today.
