Big Timber Deal in Huntington Sealed for C25 000
In Huntington on Saturday Randolph Bias of Williamson acting for himself and the Adams heirs sold a large boundary of timber and coal lands on Pigeon creek in Mingo county to Crane & Co of Cincinnati for about 25000. The virgin forest tract lies near the central Mingo section and includes valuable coal seams. Contracts will be let immediately for timber removal and a short railroad line is rumored to transport coal from this and nearby tracts.
