Milton resident John Watts 51 credits a CB radio user with the handle hummingbird for guiding a sheriff’s ambulance and two motorists to a rescue after his van stalled in subfreezing conditions near Huntington. Watts, who uses a wheelchair and has heart problems, says help arrived just as he struggled to breathe.
