Dr. Robert Baxter, Grundy Hospital coroner, said the victim died instantly from a severe blow to the head and back. Official investigation of the accident has been scheduled for today. No other injuries were reported. Funeral arrangements were incomplete at Fanning Funeral Home in Jaeger.
