Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery. She was wife of Kyle McCormick former publisher of the Princeton Observer and died Wednesday night in Memorial Hospital Princeton. She was born in Charleston daughter of Samuel G and Elizabeth Goodwin Cargill with 150 years of Ohio and Kanawha Valley roots. A former teacher and Greenbrier College graduate she studied at the University of Virginia and was an artist and gardener who lectured on these subjects. She supported Red Cross work in World War I and II and belonged to the Episcopal Church of the Heavenly Rest and the Colonial Dames of America. Surviving are husband Kyle Cargill McCormick of Berkeley Heights N J two children Joe and Kyle Cargill McCormick of Berkeley Heights and Winchester Mass two sisters Isabella Cargill and Mary C Smithy of Charleston and four grandchildren. Vestry members Woodrow Burndrant David Burton George Moore Edward Freeman Vaughn Smith and Russell M Falt will be pallbearers.
