Leaky roof forces Wheeling mayor to relocate address

Bluefield man paints spring colors in snow for sweetheart
Jeff Smiley of Pearl Street Bluefield painted flowers in the snow after his sweetheart Kathy said she was tired of the dreary scene. He used about 100 cans of paint to create a bright spring display, then picked her up at work, noting the colorful project fulfilled a long idea.
