Mrs Ernest Fizer Loses Fingers In Feed Mill Accident
Mrs Ernest Fizer of Springville Virginia suffered the loss of three fingers yesterday while helping back and grind feed for stock. She placed her hand too far into the feed cutting machine and two fingers were ground off. A third finger was later removed after admission to Bluefield sanitarium. Mrs Fizer, a former Bluefield resident, was well known in the area.
