Welch man indicted for double murder in 2022 shooting
Jhames Addison Scott 24 of Welch faces two counts of first degree murder for the April 2022 death of his girlfriend Summer Robinette 21 and their unborn child about 23 weeks into pregnancy at their Stewart Street home.
