A Senate demand to the Wickersham Commission for more prohibition data was adopted after a debate with opponents of prohibition pressing for reasons for withholding information. The survey reveals varied enforcement conditions across thirty-two states with six flagged as extremely bad. Thirty nine prisoners held for Lima revolt authorities vow severe punishment.
