A Wyoming County grand jury returned 40 true bills this week in Pineville. Beecher Lusk of Basin faced a murder charge tied to the November shooting death of Teddy Belcher. A theft ring involving copper wire worth 11 000 was charged with ten men from the county named Ralph J. Lusk Jr. and others.
