Arrest Made in Decade-Old Cantrell Murder Case
McDowell County man Michael Wiseman, 56, of Welch, is charged with the homicide of Crystal Cantrell, 36, whose body was found Aug 10, 2010, on Gardner Road by the Bluestone River. Wiseman allegedly stalked Cantrell and argued with her as she tried to leave, with witnesses seeing him pull at her and throw an unknown item over a guard rail. The case follows statements of Cantrell’s desire for justice before she died.

Fatal Mercer County house fire on Kellysville Road
