In Philadelphia on February 16 16 year old Howard McConmouchey of 2425 Perot street was killed when caught in mill shafting at Wood Mills Twenty second street. His knife snapped freed by the crash flew through a broken window to the street. He had worked at the mill for years and investigators believe he fell and was caught in the shaft.
