In Hinton West Virginia Charley Crawford fourteen killed his sixteen year old brother Frank at their home about fifteen miles east of town this morning Charley objected to his brother keeping a jointly owned dog and after a heated exchange warned he would shoot if the dog was not released He then took a sixteen gauge shotgun from his shoulder and fired hitting Frank in the body killing him instantly Charley is jailed awaiting the grand jury to convene in about a month.
In Saragossa on February 13 police and an anti Clerical mob clashed after revolutionary speeches inflamed the crowd. Guards fired revolvers. one man was killed and six wounded as liberal and democratic factions condemn the Suppression of Elais and bitterly denounce the authorities.
