In Warren Pennsylvania a three year old daughter of Owen Taylor who escaped from the Warren County Jail last Sunday morning provided officers with a tip that led to the fugitive's arrest. The girl said Daddy came home, guiding deputies to the Tripp home where Taylor fled but surrendered at the back door to a double barreled shotgun held by the chief of police. Taylor, who wore a revolver taken from the sheriff's residence during the escape, was returned to the county jail and will face trial along with his brother Harold on related charges.
