Boissevain man David Lee Eller was fined 50 dollars and costs after being charged with reckless driving. He struck the rear of a car owned by J Lynn Swiger of Hinton on Route 1921 near Bluefield at 12 30 Sunday morning. Eller was arraigned before Magistrate E Dale Bailey and said he would appeal.
