Funeral plans for Annie St Clair 74 wife of George W Clair prominent coal operator and financier of Tazewell were not complete last night. Rites will be held in Tazewell with the body expected to arrive in Bluefield tonight from Miami Beach where she died Wednesday. Surviving are her husband and three children all in Bluefield.
