McDowell County man Harry Glen Perdue 59 of Canebrake was arrested twice in Welch on Friday on DUI with drugs charges after a traffic stop by Deputy Freeman found intoxication and marijuana. He posted $500 bond then. 45 minutes later a second stop by Deputy Jones led to a new DUI with drugs arrest and $1,500 bond before being held in the holding unit.
