Huntington W V Feb 7 Forty five indictments including forty charging felonies were returned as the Cabell county grand jury adjourned. The list excludes Mrs Lillian Buemi. Joseph Gooday of Ohio was killed after threatening to force her to elope with him. Harry Porter taxicab owner was indicted for aiding the shooting at the C and O station in a fight that wounded Everett and killed Ogle Saunders. Porter died after being cut.
