Two Die in Elkins Plane Crash Near Country Club
In Elkins West Virginia two men James Kelly 27 and Emmitt Cook 31 were killed when a light plane crashed into a hillside near the Elkins Country Club. Both residents of Elkins were married with two children. Kelly was the son of Matthew Kelly. The plane rented from a Municipal Airport service and was observed to spin to the ground.
