Wounded Harold Davis a 33 year old of Redwood City California was held to a federal grand jury meeting in Paducah Kentucky for April 21. He is charged with kidnapping and interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle. Davis shot himself after abducting Missouri Trooper William Little. Carl E. Burton 24 also of Redwood City surrendered to end a manhunt. Burton waived a preliminary hearing. Davis will be moved to a federal prison hospital at Terre Haute Indiana when able. Both men are held on 35000 bond each.
