Soldier Refused Arms Sentenced to Death in War Cranks
Grace Weber announced in Vancouver Washington that her husband Private Henry Weber 27 has been sentenced to death by hanging at Camp Roberts California for refusing to bear arms. The court martial found him guilty of violating military law and his case will be reviewed by the camp commandant the War Department and the President. Mrs Weber said Henry objected to killing and was a member of the American Socialist Labor party which condemns killing.
