Stolen Car Recovered By Pulaski Authorities
Pulaski police and Bluefield officers recovered a stolen 1952 Dodge and arrested Raymond R. Tibbs and Earl Ronald Ward. Warrants for car theft were issued and the pair held for return to Virginia authorities. The car, owned by Albert J. Linville, was reported stolen near Bluefield Avenue Thursday night.
