Widow of Squire Chambers Dies in Bluefield
Elizabeth Sue Chambers widow of Squire John A. Chambers, pioneer resident of Bluefield, died last night at 3:30 from a paralytic stroke at 639 Bluefield Ave. Born near Peterstown West Virginia she married J A Chambers in 1875. They moved to Bluefield in 1894. he died last year. Survived by H Chambers Dexter Claude Mrs John Cook Mrs E C Powers and Mrs J E Hart plus two predeceased children. Also sister Mrs Kate Karnes. Funeral arrangements pending.
