Wyoming Man Missing From Bud Mountain

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department investigates the disappearance of 22 year old Noel Dwayne Bishop of Bud Mountain Wyoming County. He was last seen Dec 23 about 3 p.m. a mile from his home wearing blue jeans a green CPO jacket and black boots. He is described as 511 tall 165 pounds brown eyes black hair with a heavy beard. Landscaper Faces Air Piracy Charges in ATL Hijacking
