Culinary craftsman showcases fruit and ice carving artistry
International award winning chef Raffy Pambuan visited Glen Wood Park Retirement Village last week, demonstrating fruit and vegetable carving and ice sculpture. The Universal Studios Florida chef, a Culinary Olympics medalist and former cruise line baker, explained his eye first approach, carving logos into watermelon filled with cream cheese and inventing new techniques as he crafts edible art for banquets.
