Judge eases TRO in Keystone bank collapse case
U S District Judge David A Faber approved a slight TRO adjustment in the Keystone bank failure case. The order allows the estate administrator to spend 2610 dollars for the Co Administrator Bond premium while the TRO remains in force. FDIC estimates losses at 750 to 850 million dollars, placing the case among the decade's costliest bank failures.
