Bluefield Virginia area hosts Toys for Forgotten Toys today in Mercer and Tazewell counties. Dr. Allen Hammond of the Bluefield Union Mission says toys will be handed out at 1 p.m. to children of parents in local jails. The program is a joint effort with the Radio Association of the Virginias. The Avenue Union Mission holiday team will distribute fruit baskets, with over 100 families expected at Bluefield and Tazewell Acme markets.
