Princeton Man Acquitted of Sexual Assault Charges
A Mercer County jury acquitted Jason Scott, 25, of Princeton, on two counts of second degree sexual assault after about two hours of deliberation. He testified the relations were consensual. the state alleged assault by the victim. The judge remanded him on a probation revocation unrelated to the trial.
