Charles Medley, alleged house breaker and escapee from Christiansburg Virginia, was arrested early yesterday by Officers Newkirk and Houchins at his father’s house as he prepared for breakfast. Medley had escaped a four month confinement after breaking jail a week earlier and will be returned to Christiansburg to await trial.
