Stocks end lower as GE outlook fuels declines
Stocks sank on Thursday with the Dow down about 220 points and the S P 500 off over 2 percent as a negative rating outlook on General Electric and its GE Capital unit spooked investors. Oil tumble and mixed earnings weighed, while Stimulus talks loomed.
