The Circuit Court of Mercer County on December 7 1925 orders defendants including Tyler Moyer Kate Aldridge Eugene Aldridge and others non residents to appear by January 11 1926 to protect their interests in a proposed easement or right of way of 100 feet wide for electric power transmission lines and telephone connections. The Mercer Park Association in Bluefield West Virginia votes to dissolve under West Virginia law. The board will liquidate assets discharge debts and distribute remaining funds pro rata to stockholders after publication of notice. The president must publish notices in a newspaper weekly for four weeks and certify to the secretary of state.
