The change, effective Jan 1, 2017, aims to maintain continuity and experience on the board. City Attorney Brian Cochran announced his resignation effective Feb 17, 2017, prompting talk of hiring a replacement, while Brewster Morhous & Cameron will provide a municipal judge with David Kersey as primary judge.
