Court rejects bid to halt Cherry Key Inn sale in West Virginia
U S District Judge David A Faber denied a motion by Billie Jean Cherry to block the sale of the Cherry Key Inn in Landgraff amid claims of flood damage and $150 000 plus renovations. The FDIC trustee Graham sought approval to sell to Daniel H Clark and Elisse Jo Goldstein for 10 000, with Neely representing the buyers. An earlier May flood caused extensive damage to the walkway and parking area. Graham also moved to sell the former Dr Theo Ficken home in Kimball for 60 000 to Mary A Shandor.
