Keystone civil trial cross examination of Church completed
In Charleston the Norwegian defendant Harald Bakkebo’s attorney finished cross examining Terry L. Church, former senior vice president of FNB Keystone, as the Coast Partners versus FDIC case proceeds. The FDIC case includes multiple defendants, with settlements reached by most. Bakkebo remains a fugitive awaiting sentencing on earlier fraud charges. The trial resume will feature FDIC forensics expert Harry J. Potter from Tulsa.
