Police Murderer To Stand Trial In Cabell County
Wilbert Mayle, one of two Columbus men charged in the execution style slaying of Huntington Patrolman Paul Harmon last December, is to stand trial in Cabell County Circuit Court. Jury selection begins Monday in Fayetteville and jurors travel to Huntington. Mayle previously faced trial in Elkins on venue change, ending in mistrial. co-defendant Bobby Dean Stacy was convicted of first degree murder and is serving a life sentence.
