Woman Says She Heard Wood's Cries
A witness aboard the yacht Capricorn near Santa Catalina Island reported hearing a woman's cries for help from Natalie Wood's yacht Splendour on Saturday night. Marilyn Wayne said the cries lasted about 25 minutes and a voice said we are coming to get you. Investigators cautioned the report may not affect the coroner's ruling of accidental drowning with no foul play.
