Mrs Olive Randolph Colby of Kansas City filed a 2 million dollar breach of promise suit in the federal court charging Harold F McCormick chairman of the board at International Harvester with promising to marry her in Chicago on February 20 1933 and again in September but backing out later The 66 year old businessman recently wed Adah Wilson in Pasadena and refused comment from Phoenix Arizona where he was at the time.

Gun-wielding man terrorizes five on city streets
Police searched for a young unidentified white man who allegedly brandished a gun at five people in the East End and nearby streets.
