Rehabilitation Office Not Contacted In Clinic Probe
A.J. Allen of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation says no one has contacted his office to obtain information on the Bluefield disability determination clinic or other clinics run by Dr. A. Neal Johnson and Dr. Kenneth Byers. Manchin has called for an investigation into alleged "assembly line" examinations and related billing, but Allen says there is no evidence of improper conduct and the DVR oversees examinations which are scheduled for disability claimants.
