New County Road Affects Princeton Route To Bluefield Gap
Word from Princeton says A J Sicre Co is advancing grading for the Bluefield to Gap of the Ridge road. Two and a quarter miles of macadam will start a system of southern West Virginia roads with drainage channels to follow frost. The route will differ from the present pike and ease the steep grade at the city’s edge, offering pretty scenery and a worthwhile drive to the county seat once finished.
