Mercer board sets color coded masks as classes start

Marson Becomes Bluefield City Manager in Swearing-In
Col Ret Cecil Marson was sworn in Tuesday at the Bluefield City Board meeting to serve as the new city manager. He thanked interim manager Colin Cline and praised the city on his arrival from West Point where he served as Garrison Commander. Rideout had left earlier in the year.
