A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1 in Tazewell County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for the last of two juveniles charged in the July 24 1993 double murder of Otis A Harmon 75 and Pauline Edith Harmon 73 in Bluefield Virginia.
